Orders
PRO-KICK offers various services with different special conditions. All orders must be placed in written form via email by the client.
Payments
PRO-KICK does not charge any registration fees! After placing an order, you will receive an invoice for the services you have ordered. Payment due date is at least 5 days before your first soccer session. In case of non-compliance with the terms of payment, we reserve the right to charge a $25 late payment fee. PRO-KICK also offers individual payment plans upon request – please contact us for more information.
Cancellations and Rescheduling of Training Lessons
PRO-KICK usually has a full schedule. To be able to assign canceled soccer sessions to other clients, cancellations of soccer lessons must always be made in written form up to 24 hours before the planned soccer lesson and can be rescheduled. If a cancellation is not made in time, PRO-KICK reserves the right to charge a $25 late cancellation fee. If your coach arrives at your location without cancellation notice, your soccer lesson will be charged in full. If you have booked a small group lesson and one or more players drop out, the entire lesson must be rescheduled so that all players still have the same number of remaining lessons available. The remaining players can book the time for individual soccer lessons at special conditions. We expressly point out that agreed training times are firm and therefore ask you to arrive on time for the soccer lesson. Delays will not lead to extension of training lessons.
If a soccer lesson cannot take place due to bad weather (thunder, lightning or heavy rain), the lesson will be rescheduled. In the event of an interruption to a soccer lesson that has already started, it can either be continued after a break and better weather conditions or the remaining time will be added to a following soccer lesson.

Refunds
PRO-KICK generally does not offer refunds for completed orders, even though the soccer lesson has already begun. If a client moves outside of Brevard County or becomes unexpectedly incapable of sport (permanently, not for a specific period), a refund will be made for unused lessons.
Disclaimer
PRO-KICK offers private soccer training and is not a soccer club. In the event of an accident or injury, the player’s private insurance must apply. Participation in soccer lessons is at the player’s own risk and responsibility; PRO-KICK takes no liability or responsibility.
For the players’ safety, we require at least one parent or guardian to watch over the players while lessons are in progress.
Photo & Video for Social Media
PRO-KICK runs social media pages to promote and visualize our services to potential clients. For this reason, we occasionally take photos and videos from soccer lessons to publish them on our social media pages. Publishing will not take place at any time without your permission. You have the right and the opportunity to object to publication. Your right to privacy is very important to us.
